LA VISTA LODGE: CLOSED FOR SOME REASON

We were recently in Narra to attend a wedding and we were recommended to stay overnight at La Vista Lodge, which is down a side street to your right just two hundred meters after the fire station. We rode about a km down the road, almost to the beach but found La Vista on the left, but the gates were locked and it was not open for business so we stayed elsewhere. The bungalows were set in an open area, very spacious and if i had to visit Narra again i would see if this place is open due to the proximity of the beach.

EON LODGING HOUSE: CHEAP BUT OK

While we chose to stay at another guest house our friend decided to stay here as it was near the location of our reception after the wedding and it had single rooms which cost only 300 pesos a night. He said it was comfortable enough but no shower, only a faucet and bucket to wash from. However there was a small TV in the room, so what more could you ask for.

JS PENSION: EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY

Last weekend we had to travel to Narra for a wedding so we decided to stay the night at JS Pension which opened it's doors one year ago. We were pleasantly surprised as the bedroom on the second floor, although small, was spotless, had cable TV and a good sized bathroom with shower. This fan room was a bargain at 500 pesos. A/C rooms were 700 pesos ant there was a row of bungalows across from the main house at 400 pesos a night. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep.

AR PENSION: TIDY and COLORFUL PLACE

This is a simple pension house with several bungalows available, all colorfully painted. We stayed here several years ago and found it to be comfortable enough and clean!!! If you pass through the center of town then hang a left towards Panacan Pier you will find this place around 300 meters on the left hand side. The owners are friendly and there seem to be many young people running the pension house.
