Hi, what's your budget? The best places to stay at are El Rio y Mar and Club Paradise. They're about $160 - $220 a night.

or at Sea Dive which is reasonably priced at 500php/day

Again, not knowing your budget, SeaDiver is an option at ~560PHP. We did that for one night and were not impressed.
We moved to Princess of Coron Resort (~1500PHP per night). In our opinion of the hotels we looked into, it was arguably the best for the same budget.
