The cottage I had was clean and spacious. There's a veranda where you can relax and watch the sunset. The cottages and the rooms are made of concrete,I much prefer a native Nipa hut,it just feels warm and homely when it's a native cottage. The beach is right in front of the beautiful and clean garden where you can as well have your meal. The staffs are also nice and helpful.

Greenviews Resort: Class A accommodation in Port Barton
Despite the fact that Port Barton is laid back and is really a fishing village, we had a wonderful time there. A major role was played by the Greenviews resort and their staff. the staff is ever ready to help make your stay pleasurable and comfortable in every way. The cottage for 4 persons only cost 1000 pesos per day. smaller rooms are even cheaper.
Greenviews is by the beach. You'd have to walk very far to get to a deep portion of the sea. Perfect for those who want to wade and families with children. They have a restaurant where you can order food. but the cottages have their own kitchen in case the guest wants to cook.
There are no aircons in the room only electric fans. but you don't need it because the resort gets comfortably cool in the evening even during the summer. Also because port barton only has electricity from 4:30 am to about 10 am then from 6 pm to about 12 MN. Greenviews though has a generator but is only used to provide electricity at the restaurant where most of its services are given (food, videoke, bar, darts, etc).
Greenviews are also in contact with other travel agencies which can bring you to a dive spots or other islands including el nido and coron.
