Budget Accomodation: Silangang Nayon
This is a reasonably priced accommodation in Pagbilao especially for those who are planning to explore Puting Buhangin, Kwebang Lampas, Tulay Buhangin, Grande Island and other nearby islands in Pagbilao and Padre Burgos, Quezon. We paid P4,500 for the room/breakfast for 8 pax and added P500 for the extra person.
They have an interesting restaurant and the sunrise is worth waking up early for. :)

Silangang Nayon: Rooms On A Cliff Overlooking Pagbilao Bay
Aside from good food, Silangang Nayon Park & Restaurant also provides rooms for tourists at the following rates:
Room for 4 pax with free breakfast for 2: P2,500/day
Room for 8 pax with free breakfast for 8: P4,500/day
I read good reviews about the accommodation at Silangang Nayon, but unfortunately, we couldn't be accommodated on the dates that we wanted. Therefore, I can't give first hand review of their place and services.
The apartment-like building stands on the cliffside, offering a spectacular view of Pagbilao Bay, Pagbilao Grande & Patayan island. It is just walking distance to the main restaurant and nipa huts, as well as the mini-zoo, ostrich farm and park.

Pueblo Por La Playa: A Taste of Luxury in Pagbilao
Nestled in the cove of rustic Pagbilao is Pueblo Por La Playa, a 12.5-hectare Mexican-inspired residential resort and country club. Staying there is like having a vacation in a resort in another country. I recommend Pueblo Por La Playa to those who do not like to camp in the island, but would like a comfortable, luxurious accommodation after their tiring island hopping/nature tripping/photo shoot on a hot, humid day.
Unfortunately, Pueblo Por La Playa is exclusively for members and member-sponsored guests. If you don't have member sponsorship, you may contact their Marketing Office (hubby talked with Ms. Eunice) and signify your interest to stay there. They have the prerogative to accept or deny your request for accommodation. And when they finally give you the go signal, you must be willing to pay a premium of 12% more than the regular rates. They offer a wide range of accommodation, from: beautiful duplex villas to presidential suites with either pool side view or residential view. The only available accommodation at the time we arrived was a presidential suite with residential view. We got it. We were ready to get whatever was available because we really loved the place.
To give you an idea of room accomodation:*
Duplex Villa: P3,000 Mon-Thurs; P3,500 Fri-Sun
Presidential Suite w/ residential view: P5,000 Mon-Thurs; P5,500 Fri-Sun
Presidential Suite w/ pool side view: P6,000 Mon-Thurs; P6,500 Fri-Sun
*Overnight rates + complimentary breakfast for 2
+12% for non-members
Maximum 4 persons; in excess of 4, add P500/pax
Subject to change without prior notice
We got a presidential suite. Near it is a view deck with an awesome view of the blue sky, azure sea and white beach. Yes, aside from the beautiful Mexican houses and suites, Pueblo Por La Playa boasts of a white sand beach, clean and clear blue to emerald green waters, infinity swimming pools, beautiful gardens, lush flora, and a mangrove reserve. Patayan Island and Pagbilao Grande with an outline of Pagbilao Power Plant can also be clearly seen.
Guests' cars are left in the parking space near the main entrance, but the 24-hour security gives guests peace of mind. It provides shuttle service from the parking lot to guests' villas/suites, and around the area which they'd like to explore.
Bringing of food and beverage into the resort/country club is strictly prohibited, so be prepared to have your bags (even the small ones) inspected by the security guard. Small bottled water is allowed though.
