Nawawalang Paraiso: COMMUNE WITH NATURE & ESCAPE THE CITY CHAOS

It is a hotel and a resort as well as there are several swimming pools set amidst endless greenery, high up in the mountains with Mt. Banahaw as it main attraction! Water in the pools can be very cold coming from high up in the mountains so beware! But I imagine summertime would be a blast here for families wanting to escape the cities.

The tropical setting is truly amazing and lush and the food is fantastic and authentic Quezon fare- broiled/barbecued fish wrapped in banana leaves, tasty coconut stewed dishes, savoury meat dishes like kare-kare, sinigang (meat or seafood), and the best thing is the tariff usually includes the meals! So no need to worry where and what to eat!

The rooms are huge, never seen a standard room with a huge bath tub like this in a mountain setting! The accommodation is much better here compared to the more touristy hotels in Tagaytay for instance. We have stayed also in a couple of places in Makati and Manila but the rooms her are spacious indeed!

I suppose they have the luxury of moderately priced land here!

The food, the tropical setting and fresh mountain air are some of the few I can recall. The peace and quiet are just the bonus, far from the main roads and crowded towns in Quezon too
