Villa Escudero

This Plantation resort is privately owned by the Escudero family. It features a museum, overnight accommodations (facing the man-made lake and the other facing the gardens), cultural shows, swimming pool, conference facilities and an antique power generator which is really something to see. The big draw in this destination is the buffet lunch which is served while you are soaking your feet in the waters of the river coupled with a view of the man-made waterfalls.

If you're travelling with your parner, you can impress her by having her serenaded with her favorite songs while sitting on the veranda of your cottage. The breakfast spread isn't too shabby either. :)
