Parque Espana Residences Hotel: Sweet Home Away From Home

Staying here was the best decision I made for my short trip to the Philippines. My relatives live closer to this place so we could easily reunite, meet up and do all our shopping, etc. It was manned by staff who were the friendliest bunch I've ever met! I didn't have many complaints while staying here! i stayed three times as i had to go to Bohol, Laguna and other places. Sometimes my family stayed with me in a two or three bedroom suite/unit.

Another great service of this hotel cum condominium type of accommodation is their free shuttle service to the shopping malls which was really a bonus! They take you and pick you up to and from the hotel to several shopping areas and this was most convenient as transport can really be a problem during peak hours especially. You don't have to worry about negotiating with taxi drivers. They also offer transport to or from the hotlel to the airport for a minimal fee of around 1,200 pesos which is less than $AUD30, a bargain considering you travel in comfort with a safe driver!

Food was alright, not too over the top but still nourishing and appetising. The prices are reasonable and the choices are varied, the room service is also great.

My accommodation was an executive one bedroom suite so there's a lounge with telly, dining area, writing desk with internet connectivity, phones in the lounge and bedroom, bedroom has flat screen telly and enough wardrobe space for long staying guests.

The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and there is a bidet! The kitchen has a kettle and coffee, tea, cream and sugar sachets replenished each day, microwave, fridge cooking stove and oven, and even provisions for a washing machine. It even has a separate servant's quarter/cum storage room, amazing!! Other units have two and three bedrooms with the main room having its own ensuite bathroom. There is also always a separate maid's room and storage/laundry/ironing space. It is truly built to resemble a family home r someone's home away from home with the comforts of a great hotel! Try this place and be spoiled!

What more, you don't have to worry not taking your adapter plugs as they have all the facilities to make your stay comfy and enjoyable. I had a grand time there and I truly recommend staying here. The price is a bit higher but it is worth the money you will pay for!

Friendly staff, great choices for tasty food, free shuttle service, rooms with park views, rooms with storage and maid's room
