Booked this hotel for our stay in Manila for 3 days. The housekeeping took forever, and kept ignoring my calls. I never got anything I asked for. I asked for 2 things; an extra pillow and a dishwashing soap. Other services took forever. Housekeeping didnt care ***. It looks like they would only pay extra attention on you if you give them enough tips. We only liked the place coz it wasa suite and it was huge. Decided to book this hotel again for the next week coz we had to leave and come back in a week. We asked for a hotel transport for 3 people. Boy were they stupid! They asked how many people and based it off the transport on the ammount of people, not counting the bagages! They saw how much baggage we had when we left the hotel! Isnt it common sense to book us a a freakin van? To top it off, the transport had us wait in the airport for like almost an hour coz he was late and didnt even bother to call us to let us know! Then, when he couldnt fit our bagages in, we decided to take a taxi van and guess what the hotel did! THEY CHARGED US FOR A NO SERVICE TRANSPORT!! that is like the silliest and most rip off thing i have ever heard!!! DECIDED TO CANCEL RESERVATION AND GO TO A NEARBY HOTEL - Holiday Inn. Best place ever! Had the best hotel service and TRANSPORTATION! If you want a hotel worth your money, go to HOLIDAY INN.

Spent 5 days here in Sept 2006. Very clean, helpful staff, nice rooms but a bit small. SM megamall is very close. Its a little far from the airport, but in a nice area of Manila. Breakfast good but more directed at the more than 90% asian guests. Would stay here again and probably will this year.
