Sir Williams Cottage & Nagsasa Beach Resort: Little Boracay in Luzon

by warendel

The rooms are “small” maybe but cozy & clean indeed . Room sizes are designed for the majority of the population/guests who only need them for a short period of time to rest after a tiring day of activities, room has Cable Television , Wifi & Free use of Cooking Utensil & Gas Stove "

The island hopping, mountain trekking, trolling the seaside/seashore, driving to other neighboring town of Pundakit, visiting relatives, seeing & enjoying neighboring town’s attractions, swimming , snorkeling , surfing in the south China sea, enjoying our karaoke, tablepool area while socializing(eating , drinking & singing) with their associates, attending a meeting or doing other team building or family bonding activities such as playing games & what not so on & so forth for it’s too many to mention them all.

Ate Alice and Kuya Carlito's: When in Zambales

by renenb

If you've heard of the amazing islands in Zambales especially Anawangin Cove and you want to experience what the hype is all about? Then visit and explore. Just don't forget to contact Ate Alice and Kuya Carlito. If you don't know what to expect and unprepared to camp on some secluded island with no electricity nor network signal. Ate Alice will arrange everything from your pickup in San Antonio, to preparing everything you need at their house, tent rentals, boatride to the island, to cooking food that you can take to the island. Their going to make sure every essentials you may have forgotten they can provide. Don't forget to ask for an island hopping spree.

Their boatmen is the friendliest and the most helpful. As long as they are on the island they will help you with what you need.

Ate Alice and Kuya Carlito's support does not end after they send you off to the island. When you get back, they allow visitors to use their house to bathe, rest and prepare for their trip back home.

Tent

by enail

While in Anawangin, the best accomodation you can get is through your tent. Most of the people who visit the place bring with them their own tent. But if you do not have one, tents can be rented there at P200 per night (not quite sure of the rate). Campground is dominantly flat and free from any humps. For more comfort, you can bring earthpad or sleeping bag (some even bring conforter..hehe).

cheap (if you already have one as you don't need to rent)

Canoe Beach Resort: Feels like home

by flowerpopgurl

A beautiful place to stay with a pool. It's affordable and the people are nice.
There's no tv but you don't need one as you will enjoy your island hopping.

I'd love to comeback to this place and hope you will see it as well.

- Pool
- great view of Capones and Camara Island
- Bar
- Beach huts
- Massage place

Punta de Uian: San Antonio's best!

by arleeayson

Very nice place. Location shooting of Philippine version of 'Marimar'. they have hotel rooms and villa wherein you're allowed to cook/grill. very nice staff.

If your in Punta de Uian, you can see a nice view of Capones Islands... esp. in sunset.

Punta De Uian: Secluded Beach Resort

by chasdavis

The Breath taking beautiful scenery is balanced by simply elegant rooms, suites and villas. Amenities of 5 star facilities are found here, including such items as wireless internet connections and i-pod ready speakers. Over size Jacuzzi tubs are features of the Suites. Even breakfast is included.

Benches and Picnic Tables: Accomodation - or the lack of, that is...

by danaiskra

There are no resorts in Anawangin. It is a practically nude beach except for some huts and some picnic tables. There is a comfort room with 2 toilets and 1 changing room, but not well-maintained, plus there is no running water, no faucets. So you may want to bring a tent along so you can change there.
There is also no potable drinking water. But there is a water pump, which is good enough for cleaning up.

Note: there is an 'environmental fee', by the way, of P50/head. These are being collected by the caretakers of the place.

Please, please, make sure you bring a garbage bag so that when you leave the place, you can bring your garbage with you. Let us preserve this beautiful piece of nature.

Sunbloom Resort

by merrill_014

as for me sunbloom is the best place to stay at when you're going to potipot island.. ate mercie and allan were so nice and very accommodating.. though we were not able to go to potipot island due to the storm, their place serves as our shelter and they made sure we're safe.. they even gave us discount..hehehe.. but the thing is..i forgot to pay one serve of corned beef and cola..hehehe... i hope to visit uacon, zambales before the year ends and eventually go to the island, and im pretty sure, im gonna stay at their place again.. thanks ate mercie..ü

there's actually no pool in sunbloom..but has the best view of potipot island..the thing is.. i wasnt able to get a clearer and nicer picture of it because of the strong wind and rain.. but this is the best! hehehe...

ISLA VISTA BEACH RESORT: Worst Resort nearest to Potipot Island

by PapaA

My wife and I together with some friends recently went to Potipot last Holy week. Grabeng service ang meron sa Isla Vista Beach Resort. Since fullybooked sa Dawal, dun kami nag book. Mukhang mga pera ang mag staff and management. Lahat dapat bayaran mo otherwise, magtataray sila sayo and your whole stay will definitely be spoiled. Sobrang bastos ng mga staff and they even said to us, magkakamag anak daw sila dun. No wonder pare pareho sila ng ugali. Grabe talga un. Ung pics ng rooms sa web, hindi totoo. sira ang aircon and ang dumi ng rooms. Food I agree, walang kwenta! So, sa mga nagbabalak mag Potipot, pls DON'T GO to ISLA VISTA BEACH RESORT. Name nung isang staff na EILEEN. Siya ung onwer ng cell number na nasa web nila. I hope mas marami pa makabasa ng review na 'to. And sana makarating sa local tourism ng Candelaria, Zambales....Kung mababasa man to ng isla vista, MAHIYA NAMAN KAYO SA MGA SARILI 'NYO!!!
