RUIZ RESORT CAMP GROUNDS: Magalawa Camping Grounds

no, i beg to differ. As I have repeatedly stated. Vacationers must try to avoid that Armada tourist trap. One of their guests already died because of their negligence last Jan, 2012. Check the barangay report to confirm please. You'd best book with the RUIZ RESORT. They have very spartan accomodations but give very good value for your money. Plus they are on the windy/fun side of the island. Contact Raymond who is in charge of reservations for the resort at 09222688111 or manila landline 983 0432. Cheers

RUIZ RESORT CAMP GROUNDS: Magalawa Island's BEST CAMPGROUND

The Ruiz Resort Camping Grounds have improved to include basic cottages and a communal toilet. Its both affordable and the staff, especially the cook Mily Tordillo, are quite affable. The white sands are cool and the place was very quiet when I was there. The only sounds heard were the waves crashing on the shore, distant motor sounds and birds chirping about.

Amihan season winds blow directly into the resort so it was quite cool most of the time. Unlike the BLOODSUCKING resort nextdoor(ARMADA RESORT) , there was no electricity but I didn't mind. It was real perfect for pitching tents and just having a good time with friends.

The coral gardens were beautiful !
