Cozy Hotel Near Subic Boardwalk

Whenever we go to Subic, we stay at Subic Park Hotel. The rooms are reasonably priced*, and you can easily make reservations by phone or online. Room rates include free dinner for two, and come with the usual amenities (aircon, hot & cold shower, towels, soap & shampoo, mini ref, cable tv, free use of swimming pool, and it now has wi-fi access).

I like the hotel because of its ambience and more importantly, very good customer service (smiling & helpful staff). I would definitely recommend it to fellow VT'ers and other travelers.

Standard Room- P2,100*
Deluxe Room- P2,700*
Oceanfront Room- P3,500*

*Prices may change according to peak/low season

Unique Quality: What I like about Subic Park Hotel, aside from what I have already mentioned above, is its location. It is very near the strip of restaurants and watersports establishments in Waterfront Road; has a great view of the oceanfront and sunset; and is walking distance to Subic Boardwalk and Boardwalk Plaza. The swimming pool at the back of the hotel provides a great view of Subic Bay and Baywalk.

First Class service for an average price hotel

Ideal for family vacation. The swimming pool is kid friendly.

During our stay, we were not able to take our dinner at the restaurant because there is a function for 2 consecutive nights.

If you are fond of night life (live bands and stand-up comedy act), you can opt to stay at the ocean view. From the verandah of the room, you can enjoy the lively performance of the bands from Sybil restaurant.

However, if you would prefer staying inside the room and enjoy the company of your love ones, request the staff to book you at the front side of the hotel.

Hotel staff are very courteous and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old and requires some refurbishment. Floor laminates are starting to peel off. Plumbing fixtures needs to be repaired as some of them are leaking.

In general, I will recommend the hotel to my colleagues. Actually, we are planning to go back on July

Unique Quality: Nice ocean view.

Budget hotel with a heart

Subic Park Hotel was among the new family-run boutique hotels that sprung up along the Moonbay Marina, Waterfront Road at Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Has sufficient and safe parking, close to all Freeport major sites (duty-free shops, restaurants, the "baywalk", etc) It has direct access to the white sand beaches of Subic Bay (word of caution, beach not recommended for swimming).

Hotel has small pool for kids and for lounging, a well-maintained garden and a cozy restaurant. Wifi service is ready and free, available at the lobby, restaurant and pool area. Like all family-run hotels, service is very friendly and personalized. Depending on your check-in time, one can have a complimentary dinner or breakfast.

Hotel rates starts at $47. Rooms are small and basic in amenities (TV, dresser, closet, coffee table). South side of hotel not recommended if you're a light sleeper or wants absolute silence.
