Shem Pension House and Function Hall: Best priced Hotel Inn in Toledo City Cebu
I am not sure if it is an Inn or a hotel. They do have a swimming pool inside and a large function hall. The hotel was well priced at $USD 15/night ; with comfortable beds , air conditioning and cable tv. You can call them at 6332-467-8308

It sucks. Poor accomodation. Only the guard as manager receptionist and aide wii entertain you.
