I used this as a stop off on the way to India to pick up my adopted daughter (Ron). Wonderful base from which to see the city. The area, in and out of the hotel, was immaculate. Highly recommended.
So.... this is the Hotel I'm always staying in Singapore Business Trip. In fact I used to stay there for 1 month! Well, my office is very near from the Hotel which makes it very convinient but the Hotel is a really good value. The price per night include breakfast is around SIN$120-150/night The Hotel was renovated 3 years a go so everything still looks new. The decor is minimalist with a touch of wood everywhere. I love the Bed and Pillows....very cozy! The only drawback is they don't have CABLE TV... meaning no Star World :(( Breakfast is quite good...but needs more variety. They have a chinese restaurant which has a very yummie taiwanese Noodle (Must try!) and the seven treasure tea... which is new for me... the Waiter is pouring us tea from a pot with very long neck... (am I confusing you?) They have a Lounge.... which plays Jazzy music (quite good actually) One of the good thing about this hotel is they have Amara Shopping Center next to it which has a Charles & Keith outlet *My favorite :)*, some sushi place which sells sushi 50% off at night and a food court on 3rd floor. It's also close to Tanjong Pagar MRT station - so.... this is well recommended hotel to stay oh..oh... they have a nice swimming pool and a small GYM. Too bad they only have Treadmill, bicycle and step thingy and some weight lifting stuff. There is a spa... which I never go to as all spa in Singapore are pricey :P
