Hangout Hotel @ Mount Emily

Very clean, Cozy, Comfortable and Stylish rooms. The common room have a pool table, free internet access, a small kitchen area, a plasma tv and a nice seating area. Enough said...

Hip Hostel In The City

This is a hip and rather new no frills hostel. In many other countries, this would even pass off as a hotel of sorts. If you're on a shoestring budget and just seek to have a clean and comfortable place to sleep, this is a place I would recommend. I've been there, into one of the rooms even as a friend of mine put up at this hostel when it first opened and I must say, for its price, I was impressed. It has your basic amenities - i.e. brightly coloured rooms, a cafe/restaurant, a bar and a common room with a TV and boardgames. And it's located just a 15 mins' walk away from Orchard Road. They offer rooms with toilets and male and female dorms. Rates go as low as USD18. Extremely cheap in my opinion as it's in town.

Hangout Hotel/Backpackers Dorm

Are you looking for a cheap, clean and nice backpackers accommodation?

Head down to Emily Hill for Hangout Hotel.
It is just a few mins walk from Little India Station.

Close by to Orchard Rd and Bugis Junction.

Dorm cost $25 per night if you book on the internet. Its indeed value for money.

Unique Quality: BBQ at the rooftop.

HIP Hostel!!!

I stayed in double-bed private bedroom ensuite. The hotel's really nice and clean.

Unique Quality: roof top Restaurant, living room with pool table, free coffee & tea, and free area to hang out plus broadband free internet access

Cool Budget Hangouts !!

Never stayed there but it seems real cool n worth every penny.

If you r interested in Little India and wanna be within the the other side of SG, this is the place. it's a few min walk to Little India , hop by Sim Lim to get some electronic stuff.

Drop by Bugis for some shopping

No-frill Hotel on Mount Emily

Personally, I've not stayed at Hangout @ Mt Emily before. However I've introduced friends travelling from Malaysia and US to try out the place as they are on budget and during their period of travel, this was one of the cheapest hotel located in the city area.

Their reviews is that the place is clean and new. Hangout @ Mt Emily is a no-frill hotel suitable for trendy travellers with an option for dormitory or private room options and enjoys mingling with other fellow travellers in a common room with TV and Internet facilities.

The hotel is nestled in the greens of Mt Emily away from the all the hustle and bustle but only 10-15 minutes to all the actions.

On 29 March 2007, hangout @ mt emily was awarded the Best Accommodation Experience (Standard) in the 2006 Singapore Tourism Awards, making this the second year in a row!
