Veyr good location - just behind Wisma Atria and next block is Takashyimaya shopping mall (exit from upper floor of Tiffany and walk right).

There are many pages on Singapore on VT - you may wish to take a look as initiation? (I have one if you care to take a look)
Singapore is stringent with laws and regulations - do take note. The insider joke here is that we are a "fine" city.
For public sport facilities, this website will be helpful to answer your questions:
No idea about the suite since as citizens here, we don't need to stay in them.
RE: Settling in Singapore
Wow, you have a very generous company. Orchard Parksuites are some of the most expensive service apartments in Singapore. It is in an excellent location near Orchard MRT Station and opposite a mall, Wisma Atria. Getting around is not a problem.
Sparts facilities wise, Orchard Parksuites being one of the premier ones around, have rather complete amenities, which ranged from swimming pool (with underwater music), gym, and tennis courts, on top of relaxation facilities such as sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi.
If you need to find out more, here's their website:
Do's and don'ts are not uncommon with other big cities. Because there are endless combinations of them, perhaps you can tell us what are some of the "don'ts" you have in mind and we can better provide you with the relevant feedback.
Just my 2 cents.... :-)
