Good Hotel

This Hotel is situated at the center of business area and there are many places near to visit. Oxford Hotel is located in Queen Street which is a few street away from Bugis area.

Definitely worth having breakfast for free and rooms are quit good but need to check each room facilities. Some times telephone was not working properly to call reception or room service. For some reason, they still allow smoking in rooms so if you don't like old cigarette smells, then be sure to ask for a non-smoking room.

It's real pleasure to stay there but staffs are not much friendly every time you need to come down even if you already registered.

Unique Quality: Corner suite with a balcony which has very nice view..

near Chijmes and Bugis

3 star hotel near Bugis and Chijmes and is near Bra Basah Station and is very good on a budget but the down side is that the rooms are small but is compensated by being near where the action is like Bugis Area, Chijmes, Raffles Hotel and Raffles Mall, Suntec City and is just 50 meters from the nearest MRT station in Bras Basah in the Orange Line. Just beside it is the DBL O Lounge, voted one of the 10 most famous Lounges in Singapore and packed full of locals (see my separate nightlife tips). Also nearby is the Singapore Art Museum and the Chef Kitchen, offering cheap meals if you don't want to walk 10 minute to the bugis hawker center just north of the Queens Road.

Unique Quality: small but very good if your a budget as they offer $ 190 (Singapore Dollars) a night for a twin room. (who said that singapore hotels are cheap!)

Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 pm.

Accommodation Tip

The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Situated in the city area lined with shopping malls. Budget for a night stay is about US$35 and longer stay period would have discount.
