This was our third stay in the Hilton Singapore Orchard Road. We like this hotel due to the good service and good location.
Location: Right at Orchard Road, you step out of the hotel and you can start shopping. About 30 minutes from Changi Airport and about a 10 minute walk to Orchard Rd Metro station.
Rooms: Small, but very clean and nice. Only it seems the bathroom has not been renovated, looks old. Furthermore, the only let down is the bathroom being way too small. Aslo some inconsistency with room service, sometimes complementary water, sometimes not.
Breakfast: Previously we never took breakfast (@40SGP++ a person). This time it was included in our rate (we paid 100E a night incl BF). The breakfast is super, one of the best we had in Asia (Hyatt Taipei, Marriott Miri, Crown Plaza Manila rock however!). It is busy and small, but the food is just GREAT!!!!
Staff: All very, extremely friendly.
Pool: Rooftop, nice but when we were there, there was some renovation going on. Fitness: good.
This is a very nice hotel, that makes you feel happy.
Great location, five star hotel

We've stayed at the Hilton several times. We don't use the restaurants because there are so many alternatives in Singapore, but everyone we've had dealings with in the rest of the hotel has given excellent, friendly service.
We stay on an executive floor which has large, modern, well-equipped, comfortable King bed rooms. That also means we have access to the Executive Lounge, which is a great feature of Hilton hotels. Although Singapore is expanding with many new areas and attractions, I still think of Orchard Road as the centre. Location on Orchard Road is a key feature of the Hilton, and it's a short stroll to Orchard MRT station.
The Executive Lounge is an outstanding feature too. Free WiFi internet access, comfortable seating, complimentary food and drinks throughout the day, all for the small extra you pay for a room on an executive floor.
Luxury in the heart of town

Luxuriate in comfort with the exciting prospect of over 10 malls right at your doorstep. Or rather, along the road on which the Hilton is located.
The executive suite consists of 2 rooms - bedroom and living area. The bedroom is large, with a television (with cable) (in a cabinet that has pull-out & swivel capabilities), a writing desk, reading armchair, double bed, wardrobe and ensuite, which includes amenities such as a bathtub, separate shower, wash basin & separate toilet. A range of toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel, body lotion, nail file, shaver, hair-dryer, etc, are also provided.
In the living area, where guests can entertain guests, is another television (with similar cabinet & cable), writing desk, sofa, coffee table, dining table (for 4) and also a bathroom. Reading materials include the International Herald Tribune and the Singapore Tatler. The window here overlooks Orchard Road.
The executive suite is great for honeymooners and business travellers. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness centre, wireless internet, a business centre, meeting and function rooms and several dining outlets. Non-guests have no access to the guest floors - lifts will only stop at guests floors after it has verified your room card key.
