Onyang Hot Spring Hotel: Questionable rooms, but has a Hot Spring!
No doubt, the hotel looks nothing like it does on the brochure.
But fear not, despite the busy commotion surrounding this hotel, the accomodations aren't really that bad. Depending on where your room is, you may have to walk to the other side of Korea to get to it! It does have a lot of rooms, and as a result, long corridors and long wings.
The air conditioning doesn't seem to work in the rooms, so it kind of gets pretty hot and stuffy during the Spring/Fall. I suppose they only turn on the system during the Summer.
There's an LG25 convenience store just outside of the hotel so you can buy some nice snacks and drinks there. The restaurant in the hotel is kind of expensive for Korea, but the food's decent.
The good thing about the room is that there's a refrigerator to keep your drinks cool. And there's a LAN cable behind the desk! But it doesn't work all the time!
Unique Quality: Hot spring on one of the basement floors, and on level B3, there's a night club! But beware, they charge you by the table, which is about 40USD/table! Go with friends!
