5 minutes from City Hall station. Airport bus stop 20 meters away.

Spacious and very clean. The unit was equipped with a washer/dryer, kitchen, utensils, etc. Best of all, it had 2 bathrooms (never mind that they were small). Everything considered, it was excellent value.

Concierge service was so-so, not consistent, but you have most of what you need in the room anyway (except electric adapters).

Breakfast at the coffee shop on the ground floor was ok. It had less variety than the usual hotel buffet, but just the same, it offered a reasonable, filling breakfast.

For lunch, we tried the family-run hotpot restaurant 2 buildings away and were pleased with the quality of the food.

Ben Hur Hotel: Business District Hotel

Business/leisure hotel in pleasant business district near riverside parks. A welcome change from the bright neon lights. Large comfortable rooms but not much of a view. Computer with free internet in room and bathroom equipped with steam sauna and jacuzzi. Easy access to metro, however need to change lines to access most city centre attractions. Adequate breakfast .. if you get there in time .. as breakfast ceases at precisely 8.40am.

Hotel The Sunbee: Insadong Hotel

Excellent location in centre of Insadong with easy access to metro. Very comfortable large rooms with computer and filtered water machine. Good bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Should I visit Seoul again I would be happy to use this hotel again.

Hamilton Hotel: Love Itaewon

Each time I visit Korea, I do try a new place. We stayed at the Sofitel Ambassador, Seoul Youth Hostel, Best Western and Prince Hotel. The Hmilton is straight up because it is where the expat walk and stay. Very covenant. A bit pricy but it is a great walking place so convenient to all.

SAVOY HOTEL SEOUL: NICE MID RANGE HOTEL

We made the reservation on line and did not know what to expect. As we got closer to the hotel, it seems like a mob of people outside and very festive. Little did we know, the hotel was in the middle of a shopping area where they had wide walkways for people. many students and young professionals around, Upon check in at the small counter, we were led up to a small but very comfortable room at under a hundred dollars. The restaurants and shops nearby all over, the hotel was great on the location, location, location.

Maybe I am a simple commoner but the people here dressed up very nice!

Stuffy atmosphere. So, if you're looking to make friends then don't.

This is a hotel targeted for business and government types.

The decor is tough to recall other than the holiday decorations. Really nice. The actual building architecture was sort of sterile modern cold look.

Lost of security.

No complaints.

Great security.

jeju lotte hotel: Romantic and luxury hotel in Jeju-island

This hotel is my best hotel I've ever seen in South Korea.
Jeju island is the most attractive place located at edge of south side.
You can enjoy fully all the attraction in safe and comfortable way.
jeju lotte have extremely romantic landscape. I think it is good for honeymoon.
In front of hotel, it have beutiful pond and windmill and garden. you can share landscape of real sea with it at the your terrace.
and also you can attend fire dragon show like show in lasvegas with your dinner.
This hotel is also famous site for filming location.
It have clean and luxury room and delicious moning buffet too.

It have luxury interior both inside and out side. A lot of useful facilities.
But best of all is amazing views in terrace of course.

A: "If you are visiting for the Expo, I think 3 days are enough. I stayed in a couple hotels, but they were not really budget type places."
