I'm getting a tour to Jeju from a Japanese company (I'm living in Japan now). One week before departure they told us that Jeju hotels charge an extra fee (5000 yen, about $45) for non-Korean, non-Japanese guests. I never heard of this before, anywhere! Is this for real, or am I being ripped off? Anyone know? Theme: Hotel

Any cab driver in town should know where it is however.

After arriving Jeju, I asked travel Info desk lodging in the airport and they recommended me one. The guesthouse called ‘Letsgojeju’ was beyond my expectations. They picked me up at once and the house was cheap, clean and cozy. Most of all, the host and hostess were very kind and they can speak English and Chinese.
It has a beautiful garden where there are lots of herb. Various kinds of korean tea are always prepared for guests, so you can taste them at any time.
If nesessary, you can rent a cell phone during your trip.
