You can try the Incheon Guesthouse; not sure if they have vacancies though. It's about $30US a night:

Or you can try the Airport Backpacker, but it costs about $20US a night for a single. You probably have a better chance at getting a room here.

Here are some other hostels near the airport:

If you still can't find a room, when you land get a taxi and tell him to take you to a "yeogwan". It is Korea's version of Motel 6 and is about the same price as a hostel. If you are lucky the river will take you to one where the cleark speaks English.

Travel Tips for Incheon

Gyeangsan - The highest point in Incheon

by kranstonakov

Gyeangsan is the highest point in Incheon, but at 1,300 feet its no mount Everest. It is however a beautiful place which should not be missed. The walk takes about 1 hour 30 minutes and is a little challenging towards to summit. On a clear day you can see the whole of the City, into Seoul proper and right out to sea. There is an ancient fort from the Joellsa dynasty on the way up and it makes a great way to spend a morning. It is busy at weekends so try to go midweek if at all possible.

Take the Incheon Subway towards Gyeang and get off at Gyesan station. The mountain's trail starts across the road from the station, you can't miss it. There are restaurants nearby to fill up on energy after your hike.
