Hills Motel: Central and easy
Quite possibly the closest location you can get to the city center and the festival's attractions (if you came for the Cherry Blossoms).
The rooms were comfortable enough, but nothing special. This hotel is just a typical 'love' motel, but being about 70m from the main city circle, location is well worth it.
Nothing special, but the rooms do have a computer with free internet access.
Prices in the off-times are well cheaper, but during the festival weekends, prices are doubled.
