The best leading hotel in Haeundae area

I have stayed in this hotel on June 6 and 7(two nights) room No.1147 city view.

I arrived there at 12:30 p.m. The staff kindly accepted the early check-in. This hotel is supported by big capital and so the staff is very flexible, I think. Lamentably although I requested non-smoking room beforehand, the staff guided into smoking room. I softly claimed but the staff said no problem and non smoking. I am against smoking. Until now I have various unpleasant scenes against smokers. So if I stay in first class hotel, I want to stay in strickly non-smoking room.

I hear our actual prime minister Junichiro Koizumi stayed. So this hotel is privileged.

I luckily stateyed in New Wing for me because the bigger swimming poor is in New Wing.
I could enjoy good city view. Since the ocean view room has veranda, this season the ocean view room is good with extra charge, I think.

Unique Quality: 25meter swimming pool in new wing is included in hotel charge and of good size outdoor and heated. I went twice to the pool. On the second day It was raining and cold outside but
for a swimming lover no problem I have enjoyed swimming and could be relaxed.

Health and SPA in new wing is charged won16,500. However, I hear the facility is very excellent.

Local call charged and expensive, I think.

I once ate lunch buffet at Escoffier restaurant(Main building). I was a little tired of local korean food. For my health maintainence to eat there was meaningfull even though expensive. Now I remember unpleasant things there. I selected tuna sasimi unfrozen well. I ate ice. The cook is lazy. Regarding fruit desert I selected water melon. I like pineapple but no pineapple on the desert corner. It is unpleasant that one woman had
a dish full of pineapple. I do not know if she specially ordered pineapple or not. If the pineapple is available, why do they serve and fill the desert corner with pineapple? I repeat again, the staff is lazy and the staff do the customer foolish. I am not accustomed to steel chop sticks and I requested woodden chopsticks. The staff brought me plastic one. Plastic is OK. But her attitude was for me unsatisfactory and unkind about that unwillingness I noticed.
