Shops selling Summer clothings in which month?

I come from a temperate country where it is summer all year round, this country is Singapore. I'm planning to go for a trip to Seoul next year, would someone advice me on which are the months that most of the shops in Seoul start selling winter clothes? Can I still buy summer clothings in mid-end September? Many Thanks in advance.

You can go there during 1st or 2nd wk of Aug...think they'll have their summer sales during that time..
Spring/Summer time would be fun...i went there during May before the weather is good...
Mid End Sep..they should be selling Autumn wear but some shop might stil be clearing their summer wear..
Winter wear should be out in Oct/Nov?

Favorite thing? Not really...
Favorite Korean beer? Definately.
The majority of Korean beers taste like they've been brewed from rotting monkey asses.
And then either had formaldehide mixed in (Cass Red) to give it some kick, or watered down (OB) to make it quaffable for those who like to drink weaker American beers.
The one exception I've found is Stout. A dark beer, Korean Guinness knock off?
Cheap, too, as most Koreans don't really like it. You are able to find cans/bottles in most 7-11 and Family Marts for 1600-1900 Won.
Taste the Local Flavor - Spicy Rice Cake

One look at these street special and I said to myself "I want those yummy-looking sausages with tomato sauce"...so a friend bought me a serving. Imagine my surprise when I learned that those were not sausages…and definitely not tomato sauce! Those were rice cakes with chili sauce… sooooooo spicy!
Try it while in Seoul (or maybe in any part of Korea...I'm not sure)...you'll be craving for it once you went home to your country.
Be sure to have water at hand...the cakes are so spicy and it would surely bring tears to your eyes.
Cass Fresh Beer

Famous Lager Beer in South Korea. Cass is a 5.0% larger which is one of the 3 most popular beers in Korea. Sold bottled or on tap in Korea its a fairly pale larger reminiscent of many an Asian pale larger. It is produced by oriental brewery and the 500 ml bottle is about 700 won and is available everywhere.
