"King Size Bibimbap"
Bibimbap is one of the Korean local food... there are many ingredients on the top of rice, which is placed in a stone bowl... Mix the ingredients and rice before u eat.
However I can only take a bite as I cannot take spicy food :p
"Ginseng-ology"
It is a knowledge to buy the correct type of ginseng. Our tour guide told us that ginseng that is under six years old is heaty. Those that are dug out after six years are the best ginseng and they are found at the border between Noth and South Korea.
