The hotel does show its age a bit, and the rooms are on the small side, but for Seoul wth its astronomically high accommodation prices, the Holiday Inn is good value.
The hotel staff are particularly friendly and the ground floor coffee-shop restaurant is also excellent.

Just around the back of the hotel is a nice area of noisy restaurants and small stores. It's fun in the evening.
