There was a spa on the lower level of the hotel. We signed up for one of the packages but the staff didn't speak much English and our Korean was worse. It was very awkward overall. The massage involved a lot of spanking and slapping. The baths were great. However, it your not comfortable with complete nudity you might want to skip it.
Very close to the Itaewon shopping distric and the subway.
