Nice clean hotel with kitchenette including washer/dryer, fridge, stove. 1/3 price of 5-star hotel. Was very happy with room. Employees very nice and helpful. Usually had one person on shift that spoke English. Located in business district. Felt very comfortable walking around neighborhood at night. Subway access close.
Unique Quality: I chose this over other hotels because of its kitchenette. We were staying 10 days & wanted to be able to eat breakfast in our room and be able to wash our clothes.
Directions: Business district
We stayed a week at Provista, a service apartment at the south of Hangang River. The apartment was huge compared to hotels of similar prices - it has a nice, compact kitchen, a washing machine, and a loft.
It's within two minutes walk from Seoul National University of Education subway station (Line 2 and 3), and a stop away from Gangnam, the yuppie hangout area.
It's a good place to base yourself if you're in Seoul for business and need to be near Teheran-No. The best part is, there's no minimun stay period.
Unique Quality: Free high speed internet (3 LAN points), gym, daily maid service during the week, Outback steakhouse, Lily Lee cafe and bar, and a sky lounge that was still under construction when we were there.
Online reservation available.
Directions: Seoul National University of Education Subway Station (Line 2 or Line 3), Exit 1. Walk straight for about 2 min.
