Deoksugung Palace

Deoksugung Palace is across the street from City Hall and the Seoul Plaza Hotel. Admission is 1,000 Won and its a real peaceful place amidst the high rise buildings and busy Seoul atmosphere. It's quite a scene to look at such old structures with new high rise buildings in the background.
Sam Gae Tang restaurants...

Sam Gae Tang restaurants behind Seoul Plaza Hotel Koreans believe this soup is very good for health. It is made of whole chicken (a choice of white or black chiken) stuffed with glutinous rice and a whole big ginseng root, steamed together and served with a small glass of korean ginseng liquor. Roast chicken is also served in most Sam Gae Tang restaurants.
