Helpfulness
For budget travellers
We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The location was great. The room was comfortable, but I was very disappoined with the service. Although we arrived 4 pm in the afternoon, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby. The people in the reception were unfriendly and not helpful. But our overall impression was still positive. There were 2 PC in the lobby for internet which was a plus. For a budget traveller looking for central location and comfortable room, Lees Hotel is a good option.
