This is a nice Hotel, surrounded by trees and wonderful views of Kandy.
The rooms are very basic, but clean with a balcony and good bathroom.
The staff is very good and friendly.
There is an outdoor pool and a beautiful spa. The setting of the spa is actually very nice – worth visiting.

Located in hilly area in Kandy, this is a nice hotel. Room is simple yet artistic, and clean. You don’t need air conditioner here.
Internet can be accessed in ‘business centre’ near the reception desk, rates were quite expensive. Breakfast are good.

Nice Hotel which is surrounded by trees & wonderful Kandy Views. It also has an outdoor pool.
The evening meals consisted of a buffet of both Eastern & Western food. I would definately stay here again

Unique Quality: Rooms are furnished in Kandyan decor, private balcony or terrace in wooded environment. Perfect view.
Just keep ur door/window close, some monkeys might come in!

Lovely hotel with great views over the Lake & Kandy. I dont know how much it is to stay there now though check out their web site below for up to date info.

Thilanka in kandy is very nice I have stayed there several times. In Nuwara Elya St Andrews is super with coal fires and hot water bottles!!
i have also stayed in the thilanka hotel in kandy, it is a very nice hotel, but beware the monkeys ha ha.
we also stayed in a really nice hotel in kandy this year when we were there, but i cant remember the name of it im afraid..
