WONDERFUL VEIWS
I had to put this picture on here,this is the veiw from our balcony at the hotel Topaz,it was breath taking,after a long day sightseeing it was lovely to sit on the balcony with a nice glass of wine and just take it all in.

STUNNING VEIWS
I would never have got this from a photo so i have had to use the postcard i bought at the hotel.The hotel Topaz is a 75 bedroomed hotel with stunning veiws over the local area,the bedrooms are very basic but worth staying there just for the veiws,the food was exellent with lots to choose from.

High above Kandy
This 3 star hotel is typically named with the precious stones and gems found in the Kandy area.
It's a few minutes by taxi from the city centre and offers beautiful views over Kandy and the surrounding hills.
It has local and western restaurants, batik and jewellery shops and business centre.
There are many hotels to chose from but if you want semi-luxury at not-so-reasonable prices, i'd chose this one.
Unique Quality: An old hotel, well rejuvinated in traditional/colonial style with great views and luxurious surroundings.
