Nice location, bad hotel
The Hotel must have been rather nice and uptodate 40 years ago; now, it does not in the least live up to medium-range expectations. Rooms are filthy, dark, ac not properly working.Restaurant said to serve good food, what I could not prove by myself.Pool not very well taken care of and mainly used by the youth of the neighboring areas
All in all, there are better hotels, equally priced, in Anuradhapura. Only to be recommended, if you accept the above and prefer the advantages mentioned below !
Unique Quality: The Nuwarawewas unique quality is its very nice location by the banks of Nuwarawewa Lake. In the morning hundreds of seabirds can be watched. Romantic walks in the surroundings
