Ambiente Hotel: Hotel with great views in Ella

The Ambiente Hotel offers budget accommodation with clean, but basic rooms with great views of the surrounding hills and scenery!
Rooms have mosquito nets and patio doors that you can open to take in the wonderful views during the day. They are also have a fan to provide air conditioning in the hot weather.
There is a small dining room there where you can have breakfast (included in our room rate), lunch and dinner and a terrace where you can sit and admire the views.

Unique Quality: Great views.

Mountain Heavens: Bset scene you will see ever!!!

Me & my wife stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversery. It was the perfect romantic hide out. The view i is spectacular and breathtaking. Whatever I write here wouldn’t tell you how beautiful it is. If location is everything, then Mountain Heavens is one of the most blessed hotels in the whole world. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Had a fantastic time and will visit again soon.

Unique Quality: You will stay over looking the famous Ella Gap and the Water fall.

Sun Top Inn: A family guest house

Thanks to a recommendation from two belgium travellers I headed straight to Sun Top Inn. It's tucked away behind the high street. It's a lovely family home with a huge balcony to sit and relax and admire the view. My room was large and very comfortable with a good bathroom and private balcony. You really feel you are part of the village here. It's owned and run by a young family and they will make you feel very welcome and offer all the advice and help you need. Definitely my number one choice. I stayed for two nights and returned a week later for another two nights. I hope to return one day to be treated to another of their very special evening meals cooked in banana leaves. And Ella is such a great place to stay .. I could easily spend a week ..or two.. or three.... here.
