Absolutely Amazing Beach Hotel
Amongst the best service that I have ever received in a hotel.
The staff quickly learnt what we liked and when we liked it. Everybody had a smile.
The hotel was top quality, Being a small boutique hotel, meant that there were not hordes of people fighting for service / facilities.
Whilst the hotel is on the beach, the sea is powerful just there so best to keep the swimming to the hotel pool.
Very secluded beach with no adjoining properties.
The hotel will arrange a taxi transfer from the airport but it is quite a journey.
We spent a little time in Colombo's casinos before heading back to the airport and had some great fun in there. Breakfast was so big and they were happy to serve it late, it was often past lunchtime by the time we finished it.
Huge rooms (each with an open air plunge pool in the bathroom).
Great to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset whilst having a drink.
