Small Hotel, Big Service
If you need a place a few minutes walk from Taipei 101, World Trade Center or the Convention Center yet is affordable, then this hotel fits the bill. It was recommended to me by a Taipei resident and I now recommend it to you. It's a SMALL hotel just 5 or 6 floors with small rooms as well; check their website to have an idea of their rooms appearance. They don't a pool, bar or even a bell service but if you don't need those facilities then no problem. They do have free internet access and breakfast comes with the room.
Unique Quality: The hotel is near many stores, banks, commercial establishments as it's on Xin-yi Road which is the main business avenue of the city.
The hotel front desk are very helpful, they reply immediately to emails and have even helped me contact some people in Taipei even before I checked in.
