Marshal Hotel

We booked a triple room for 2 nights. The cost is about NT3400 per night including breakfast. We booked a one day trip to Taroko Gorge from the hotel, cost NT700 per adult including lunch. The hotel provides a number of package tours. We are very lucky that the hotel offered us a very huge room meant for 6 persons. In mandarin, the hotel is called Tong Shuai Fan Dian.

Unique Quality: Friendly staff and near the town. The hotel provides a walking tour map. We could walk to most of the popular eateries from the hotel.

Directions: From Hualian train station, we took a cab that cost NT130 to reach the hotel, about 7-10mins. The cab fare here starts at NT100.

This is an affordable hotel in the center of Hualien. Nice rooms with a good view.
