Much Better Choice....
A much better option is this small hostel, which is located a little ways south of the airport. Cheap clean, and the family that runs it was quite friendly/helpful... (Not even sure if it has a name, the sign just says "Minsu" or hostel... )
Ask for Mahsiung, he can help you out...

Goat Motel
Dont know what the story is, but the goats seems to have taken over this place.... (looking out of most any window...) Anyway if you wanna save some money this would be the place for you....
Pros: Dont cost nothing
Cons: Smells like goats....
