Try the Abloom exclusive serviced apartments. Not close to Siam square but Walking distance from the Sanam Pao BTS and it'll take you a maximum of 20 minutes to reach Siam square from here. Very safe residential area and in my opinion better than living so close to the tourist spots. Also close to the JJ weekend market.

Hi..
My sis will be going to BKK with her family (5Adults and 2Kids)..
She would like to rent a serviced apartment around Siam Square and Pratunam Area or Krung Rattanakosin area.
Do you all know of any around these areas??
Thanks a lot..

Not sure what your price range is but there are several serviced aapartments in the area that you are looking at. Chateau De Bangkok is only a couple blocks away, walking distance, or one stop on the BTS. Another is the Center Point Luang Suan.
Anyway here are a couple web sites that are pretty good and informative.
www.moveandstay.com
www.bangkokapartment.org
www.bangkok-apartment.com
www.bangkokpost.com/apartment2006
Good luck!
Thanks a lot for all these sites..
Well, my family would prefer the serviced apartment with kitchen..
My mum love to cook...
Most of the apartment that I've checked do not have kitchen..
Have anyone stayed in Suwannin Place, 1858/1 Rama 8 Bridge (Krung Thonburi) Arun Ammarin Rd., Bang Yi Khan, Bang Phlat.
Is it too far away from downtown and touristic places?
Thanks..
OK, try the OMNI TOWER, sometimes hard to find but the best web site is AWD,Asia Web Direct or look under www.the-ascott.com
They have avariety of studios, 2-3 bedroom suites with kitchens. I have stayed there. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but once you get in the immediate area of the hotel it's OK. It's not bad just some bars in the area at the head of the street. It is located at Soi Sukhumvit Rd and Soi 4. Soi 4 right at the intersection is where the bars are located but the hotel is way down the street and is safe with no worries. Security in the hotel and the rooms are clean and well furnished.
