Efficient Airport-Hotel Shuttle Service
Called the hotel from Vientiane when it was announced that there will be a two-hour flight delay meaning which I'll be arriving about mid-night in Bangkok. Was told that there will be someone to meet me at the gate and true enough there was someone there. From there onwards everything worked efficiently well until I was able to retire for the night after the pleasant check-in procedure.
Unique Quality: Although this is an upscale hotel, the rate offered is very reasonable.
