The Grand Palace by Perucha
This place is always recommended by any travel agents when they have tour in Bangkok, so I went there :-) Besides, it's the landmark of Bangkok (like Liberty in NY, Eiffel in Paris), so take pics here is a must.
By the way, The Grand Palace (built in 1782) complex houses the royal residence and throne halls, a number of government offices, as well as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. The Grand Palace is a large compound surrounded by 1,900 meters of walls and covers an area of 218,000 square meters.
