I had booked my friend and her family into the Apartment Suite for one night, but when we got to the hotel we had to climb up some stairs into an adjacent building and the rooms were dark and musty, as if nobody had lived there for months. Then I complained so they moved to another room, but again these rooms had windows which didn't open and they had sprayed some terrible spray just before we got in so we all wanted to gag when we got in. Then when my friend tried to take a shower the hot and cold wouldn't mix, and the toilet didn't flush properly. My friend was worried about the room triggering an asthma attack, so they decided to move out. However the hotel wouldn't reimburse her as she had paid when she checked in. And to top it off, the tuk tuk service to the BTS which is advertised on their website does not exist ("no driver") and the outside of the building looks like a construction site. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't reimburse my friend who only used the room for one hour! I tried to talk to a manager afterwards but they never called me back. Never stay there.
Unique Quality: Dark, musty and their website is totally misleading. Their pool is tiny and dark.
In Grand Deluxe, double room.
Clean room but well used - could use some maintenance.
Free tuk-tuk service to BTS. Walk to BTS at Sukhumvit Rd. is about 15 min.
Hotel had a pool but no one did use it.
Breakfast was not good but ok.
Due to the placement i don't think i will use this hotel again.
Unique Quality: Nothing unique.
