Floraville Serviced Apartments

A colleague of mine from LA was on an assignment in Bangkok for 6 weeks and we put them in this serviced apartment complex by Srinakarin/Pattanakarn road.

I recommend Floraville highly to anyone who needs to stay for an extended period and work near the area.
We got him a 1-bedroom apartment, which was around 800sqft. It has two balconies, fully furnished. Living room as a TV, Video, DVD player and stereo with cable tv.
High speed internet is available in the unit.
Kitchen, Dining room, Bedroom were all amply furnished.

We paid 25,000 Baht a month (which is like $800). You can also rent the room weekly or daily at a different rate.

The facilities include: swimming pool, indoor basketball court, tennis courts, spa, badminton court and a restaurant. Breakfast is included.
Daily cleaning of the room is also included.

The location is not in the city center, it probably takes 30 minutes with the taxi. Around the area you have the Seacon Square, Seri Center and Central Bangna shopping malls. Closest BTS (Sky Train) is On Nut.
