New beach hotel in Cha Am
This is a really good hotel at the beach. The Courtyard by Marriott Cha Am is the refurbished Golden Sands / Novotel but it has all been refurbished and the rooms are much better than before. The swimming pool if great fun for all the family with a large water slide. There are several restaurants and places to eat, we liked the beach bar cafe which was reasonable in price and good service. This is one of the very best good class beach hotels in the Cha Am and Hua hin area, we found a good deal and had a marvelous time.
Unique Quality: Amazing swimming pool with slide, good rooms, friendly service. Good value for money.

Courtyard by Marriott
The new Courtyard by Marriott was previously the Novotel, before that the Tipviman and Golden sands. The Courtyard by Marriott Cha Am is on the beach between Cha Am and Hua Hin. It is a tall high rise resort hotel with large swimming pool area. The rooms are well appointed with excellent sea views. The staff were very welcoming, it has just opened, so everyone was eager to please. Note that this is being marketed also as the Courtyard by Marriott Hua Hin. You will not find many reviews as the Courtyard has only just opened. It will be nice to get more reviews, hopefully soon.

Cha Am Family hotel
High rise modern beach resort hotel directly on the beach. Large swimming pool are garden areas. . Several restaurants and bars. Sea view rooms. Ideal for couples or families. Outside hotel entrance are cafes and shops. Take the taxis outside the hotel entrance for tours, a car and driver for the car costs about $45-60 a day. Car/taxi to Hua Hin about $8. The Courtyard by Marriott Cha Am is also called the Courtyward by Marriott Hua Hin 'at Cha Am beach', but they are the same place.

In hotel prices are cheap compared with many other hotels. Although well priced it has all the facilities most would need.
