For the longest time, I have wanted to try different fitness classes to find one more suitable to my lifestyle and schedules, but never quite had the time or the opportunity. When I was at Chiva-Som recently, I had a great time trying out all these different classes; meditation, yoga, pilates, and etc. The number of facilities and classes available keeps guests from getting bored, although it is also entirely a guest's choice to simply sit around and veg. ;-D
My absolute favorite is the ice water plunge pool with drifting rose petals. The fragrance made it all the more unforgettable. Similarly, the extra touch of floating lotus in the swimming pool and ice cold towels add to the wonderful experience.
