Hin Nam Sai Suay
Hi. Has anyone stayed at the Hin Nam Sai Suay? Any comments on the accomodation and pool would be appreciated.

I have not stayed but have been inside and know the location well, it depends what you want, it is up near Hua Hin Airport, it isn't on the beach, I believe it is very cheap though.
A modern building with rooms perhaps 4 floors or more on either side of the pools, they are quite small, you have to walk a few hundred meters ( or yards ) down a narrow soi(street) to the not very pleasant beach.
I really don't think there is anything I could say more about it except I understand it is very cheap. Some of the rooms I believ are sold as condos.
There is nothing around it, it is on the main highway road, about 10 minutes into town. I personaly could think of many far nicer places either on or a shorter walk to better beach area.
If you've booked then as I say it is cheap, if you haven't I can suggest others.

Thanks for that. We haven't booked yet. We liked the look of it as the pool looks great and we love a good pool, but photo's can often be deceiving. When you say it is 10 minutes to town, is that by car? We also assumed the beach there would be as nice as the rest of Hua Hins beaches. If you can suggest others that would be great. We are hoping to keep it under 2000 baht a night. A good pool is more important to us than room quality, but being near the beach would be great. Thanks again.....
