small, friendly
Small hotel & guest house, split into old building (more basic rooms) and modern part (aircon etc). Good breakfast on patio. Quiet pool area. Very close to beach and night market, but quiet + private because its well back from the main road.
Rooms on hotel block are clean and comfortable, but not fancy. However, who's going to be doing anything but sleep and wash there?
Plenty of restaurants around.
I stayed here with family several times around 1998 - 2000. My son went back there with his mum in July 2007. Still the same apparently, and still recommended.
Unique Quality: value for money; peace + quiet; simplicity.
good place for young families, or older people. Not for the night club set!

850 THB/Night for room with Air-con,fridge,cable T.V.,safe box and hot shower bathroom in old building.
950 THB/NIght for room with above service + balcony in new building.
Though it's a simple room one but offer some relax area like swinning pool, gaden and car park.And it located in the main area of Hua Hin.You can walk to beach within 5 min. and night market within 10 min.
