Want to get a Tattoo,,Why Not you're in Thailand!

Okay so I came in mind that i would get one, but was unsure to do it here or in bangkok. I knew that I would probably have to do it towards the end of my vacation since there is the whole no beach, no sand, keep it covered after getting it done. Well, that was until I met "one" ( that is his name) from Bamboo Tattoo. He does his tattoos free hand without a machine and there is little pain,and quick healing. Only no soap for 2 days after. I brought in a design of what I wanted, a sun, and he made an amazing trace of it and placed in on my back and was done in an hour! His studio is right in lonely beach, close to the Treehouse, and his studio was small and quaint and clean. He played some great reggae music while I was getting it done! His dad did Angelina Jolie's Tattoo , a big tiger that she has on her back, he has pictures in his studio. One has been doing tattoos for 20 years, hes amazing and I Love mine!

An unlikely name for an unlikely restaurant. This is the restaurant that I really liked on Koh Chang: Hippy leftovers, with the best of both worlds intact.
All who were young in the 70'es and early 80'es will settle down for the rest of their lives here.
A stone throw from the beach - you can take a swim between starter and main dish.
A great BBQ.
Seating in terraces outside, or under a roof, or inside a sala, the latter without chairs.
Wonderful place for kids, too. BBQ sea food every evening.

A small province at the eastern-most frontier bordering on Cambodia with the Khao Banthat mountain range forming a natural demarcation. Trat is a resort town with over fifty large and small off-shore islands, long white sandy beaches and unspoiled coral ranges. It is also a major fruit-growing and fishing area.

About 315 kilometres from Bangkok and covering an area of 2,819 square kilometres, the province is administratively divided into the districts of Meuang, Khao Saming, Laem Ngop, Khlong Yai and Bo Rai, and the sub-districts of Ko Chang and Ko Kut.

Koh Chang is the largest of 50 islands in the Trat province in east-Thailand, and the next biggest island in Thailand after Phuket. The island is not densely built-up and developed. The roads are small and located beside the coastline. Most of the beaches are on the west side of the island.

Koh Chang is a national park with mountains and rainforrest. The mountains makes the weather unsteady and very rainy during the monsoon months.

Since I was Koh Chang during the rainy season, I didn't find any of the beaches as good as the beaches in the southern-Thailand.

White beach is the longest beach in Koh Chang. It's also the place where most tourists are. Restaurants and bars are alongside the beach. The atmosphere is calm compared with Phuket and Koh Samui.
