Too Many Russians and Chinese
Caesar Palace is situated in Pattaya Second Road, opp. Soi 8. I stayed there for a month, from 14 Febraury to 14 March, 2008. The location of the hotel is wonderful especially for those night mongers. It is in the middle of the entertainment excitement, soi 8 & soi 7. Moreover, it is near the Tops Supermarket. You have two types of rooms, standard, and deluxe. The standard ones are between 900-1000 and deluxe 1200-1500. The reservatoin manager is a rather mature lady, by the name of Pachamon. She is not every time in good mood. But the hotel has one serious problem. It has become a haven for the Russians and the Chinese. The swimming pool is filled with the Russians; ;you cannot swim there. They occupy the swimming pool from 7 o'clock morning to 12 midnight. The Russians do not go outside the hotel. They drink and eat and even indulge in erotic acts near the swimming pool. They become too drunk by 10 o'clock night that they dance and swim naked. Personally, I dont recommend the hotel for families or even couples. It is too crowded and noisy. The price is also high compared to other hotels in Pattaya. I saw a few Westerners in this hotels; most of the passengers are either from Russia or China.
