Casa Espana Condominium

I was a long term renter at these two residences , side by side in Cosy Beach, Pattaya, Thailand. I decided to move to another part of Thailand. That was in May 2011, totally moved out by June 15 , 2011. No outstanding bills at the time. Requested my 30,000 THB Security deposit to be deposited into my bank account at bank where I made my automatic monthly deposits. Authorizing last month rent to be deducted from my security deposit, tho I was no longer occupying residence, turned over keys an letter to office mgr on/before 15 june. The condominium & area have become quite 'Grotty' so I decided to move as it no longer was the same area I had initially desired to live in. Being an offshore worker I was there about 60 % of time I actually paid to rent. Security at the buildings was non existent, having been broken into an stolen from on 5 seperate occasions. I had to actually catch the perpetrator of 4 breakins myself on stealth camera, as he WAS THE SECURITY GUARD THAT HAD BEEN HIRED BY THE CONDOMINIUM OWNERS/MGRS ! I also had to go to police station to bring charges.

It is now end of June and I have still not seen my security deposit from these people. I could not even suggest that you stay with these people, much less give them a security deposit !

If and when I receive my deposit refund I will remove that portion of this review.

Apartment wit 25 or 48 sqm with Swiming Pool on the roof.

Unique Quality: 200 mtrs from beach, fantastic view of Pattaya Bay from the roof of the building. No service but with 24 hrs. security.

Directions: Up the hill in South Pattaya
