Face lift?

by lindalou_au

Has anyone had a facelift at Bangkok hospital in Pattaya? Would like to know anyones experiences in plastic surgery at this hospital.

Re: Face lift?

by Tina-Perth

Hi Linda, I don't know about facelifts at Bangkok Hospital in Pattaya, but if you're interested in coming to the Bangkok Hospital in Phuket, I can definitely give it the thumbs up. (Not that I've had a facelift).

I have been in the Bangkok Phuket Hospital, and it's fantastic. I had my mouth torn open last year and had 50 stitches. My plastic surgeon was amazing. He was dealing with another Perth patient at the same time, whom I ended up meeting. She'd had two botched tummy tucks in Perth, along with some problems with liposuction there. My doctor did her operation, along with a breast reduction and lift. She was then, and still is now (I have seen her again in Perth), absolutely ecstatic with the results.

He is highly skilled and builds an exceptional relationship with his patients. If you're interested, I can give you his details.

I forgot to add that he also did her liposuction and corrected the previous problems she'd had.

I would much rather have any kind of surgery or treatment in a Thai hospital (been in two - one as an out-patient) than in Australia.

As my face is only 2 stories high I don't feel it warrants a lift

Hello,
I am going for a facelift and neck lift this coming March 2008. The air fairs are lower then. I have a price list below and Background on a few Doctors.
I am going with my husband and my bother. My brother has been to Pattaya many times. He has a hotel picked out for us which he likes and is not too costly.
It also has a safe in the room for your passport.

Thankyou for all your responses. Op is booked next week for my partner and he is there now. So I will let you know how it goes. But I totally agree the Thai hospitals are of an excellent standard compared to Australian hospitals. On our last visit my partner became ill and he had to stay for a few days and I could not believe the wonderful treatment and service he received.

best way to see Pattaya

by Pimilan

Rent a moto if you want to have a look of all Pattaya.
It's easy to drive until 100cc, for more powered moto it's better if you it drive before.
The price is around 100-200 baht a day without insurance !

ROCK'N'RIBS

by trevndebs about HARD ROCK CAFE

Typical American Diner menu but the live band were pretty good and Loud!

Drinks and food a touch more expensive than other places but I guess that's to be expected and the menu's are posted outside so you can see what you're gonna pay.

Best of all you can wander round inside and look at all the Rock ' n' Roll items they have covering the walls.

They also have a shop for souvenirs nextdoor where you can buy authentic Hard Rock items( at double the price of the street stalls ! ) Chilli Burger, very tasty.

Mini Siam

by bkarjee

If you want to move away from the beach and long for some different stuff while holidaying in Pattaya, Mini Siam can be a good change for you and your kids. In Mini Siam, you will find good miniaturised remakes of the top architectural wonders of the world. There is a separate section for Thailand monuments too, where replicas of Grand Palace and other famous temples, monasteries etc may be found. Please see my travelogue. The visiting hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM

"The truth cassel - Wooden cassel"

The truth Cassel or local called " Pra Sat Saj Ja Thum", is in Pattaya.
I have gone with my colleages.
Here is the outside of cassel and the location is near the seashore.
This is built from wood and have many woodcraving by local specialist.
The castel have many shows such as Dophin show( The kids will love them.)
and have show the local dance and boxing.

Inside , their concept separate to 4 parts with come from asian believe and culture. I think this wwoodcraving will be seen by eyes and the photo that is not clear to show how elegant they are.
Let's visit.

"Seafood Lunch"

Normally we gt the lunch at pattaya seafood restaurnat. I can't remember the name.
However, the sun strongly shine , we feel the wind and quite comfortable.
Moreover, enjoy eating with fresh seafood and they have shown how to catch and cook them.
I only ate so no photo for this session.

"Silverlake Garden"

Silverlake Garden, the main is grape garden. But please not compair to Pak Chong. Due to the localtion and geography is differnet. There are many scenery for taking photo with the flower or eat grape.
You can take bicycle or chariot to see the scenery , get the fresh air or see the lovely family.
